1. Eligibility for Returns

    1.1 Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

     1.2 Products must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.

     1.3 Items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect are eligible for return and replacement.

2. Return Process

     2.2 Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.

     2.3 Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

     3.1 Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

     3.2 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

4. Non-Returnable Items

     4.1 Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable.

     4.2 Clearance or sale items are final and cannot be returned unless they are defective.
